Boundaries, Balance and Meaningful Change.
Maybe you find yourself constantly overthinking, stressed, saying yes when you really want to say no, or consistently putting your own needs last. Perhaps you’ve noticed yourself avoiding conflict or feeling overwhelmed by the expectations or demands of a relationship—whether that’s with a partner, parent, colleague, or friend.
Overall, you’re just feeling stuck. You know something needs to change, but could use some help in defining what exactly that is and how to go about it. You need support, clarity, and tools to help move your life forward in a direction that serves YOU.
I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in trust, authenticity and connection. I work to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and supported in your growth.
I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and my authentic self into the therapy room. I want my clients to feel they are getting a real person in the room, not someone who passively nods, mutters the occasional acknowledgement, or quite simply, falls flat. While I provide support and encouragement, I also offer honest feedback and gentle challenge when needed to help you build insight, develop new perspectives, and create the change you seek.
