Hi, I’m Jordyn!

I’m so glad you found your way here!

My hope for this website is to give you a glimpse into who I am, how I approach therapy, and whether I might be the right fit for you. Choosing a therapist and asking for help can feel vulnerable and overwhelming—I hope this helps make that process just a little bit easier.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) which means my education and experience is based in relational work—rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look at how your relationships, life experiences, and environment impact the challenges you are facing.

I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University here in Washington as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Communication from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota. I received my associate license (LMFTA) in 2015, reaching full licensure status in 2017 (LMFT).

I became a therapist because I truly enjoy helping people navigate life’s most challenging seasons. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they’ve rebuilt trust, strengthened relationships, and created lives that feel more balanced and authentic.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or looking to create lasting change, I am here to help you on your journey.

My office is centrally located in Federal Way, minutes from The Commons Shopping Mall and Costco, with convenient access to I-5 and Hwy 99. I am available for in-person and telehealth appointments Monday-Wednesday.
